The cable ship VEGA has been deployed to support important submarine cable projects in the Asia-Pacific region. To ensure smooth and efficient operations, specialized teams have been provided onboard for both survey and subsea work. 


In 2018, the vessel has been supported by experienced  for ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) Operators for Taiwan and Japan PLIB and cable protection works. ROV Operators are responsible for controlling subsea vehicles that inspect, monitor, and protect the submarine cables. These operations are crucial in maintaining the integrity of the cables, ensuring reliable communication and power transmission between countries.By providing both Hydrographic Surveyors and ROV Operators, the project ensures that cable installation and protection activities are carried out with the highest level of safety, precision, and professionalism. This collaboration highlights the importance of specialized expertise in supporting international submarine cable projects across the region.
